What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a person of verified integrity commissioned by the government to serve the public in administering oaths and affirmations, taking acknowledgements, and performing other notarial acts authorized by the law.

To deter fraud, and to comply with state and federal laws. The Notary serves as an impartial witness to ensure that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors. The Notary also assures that the signers have entered into agreements both knowingly and willingly.

 

What is a Mobile Notary?

Unlike a traditional Notary Public, a Mobile Notary will travel to the customer’s location to perform notary services. As a Mobile Notary Public and Certified Loan Document Signing Agent I offer professional, prompt and reliable notary and loan signing services at the location of your choice, your place of business, residence, etc., throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire.

 

I specialize in the notarization of real estate loan documents in support of the real estate and mortgage industries and will travel to your escrow or title company, lending institution, your office or your client’s residence/office.
